If your oil pressure is registering 75psi on the gauge then what are you worrying about? Find out what is wrong with the oil pressure switch and fix it.

Wait a second.... Your car has an AEM ECU and you got an oil light?

Maybe I am wrong but it was my understanding that when you go AEM (series 1 or 2) that the oil light and check engine light dont work.... I guess I am wrong on the oil pressure sensor. It sounds to me that it is a faulty switch.

This is a common misconception. The oil light will still work (although you are correct, the CEL does not).

I know this for 100% sure because awhile back one of the oil lines on my relocation kit split and blew off and spewed oil everywhere to the point where the engine was VERY low on oil. Low and behold my oil light came on. Very glad it did, otherwise I might not have noticed in time.

I'm using the AEM 1052U EMS, btw.

Also not true on arm v2. I have two s2000s both running aem v2 and both oil pressure sensors are removed this being wear I draw oil for my feed line. I have been running one since august 2011 the other since around December 2011. Neither have ever thrown a oil sensor light. Maybe it's different in the aem systems. As far as v2 u can disconnect the oil pressure sensor and you will not get a light. Could u possibly have a grounded wire to that light?
