Ok guys if you would, PLEASE help me out.
I recently got my turbo setup installed then tuned with the aem ems v2, now my alternator will not charge. I took the alternator to a local shop and it passed all tests. I then checked all my ground wires, alternator fuse, wiring harness from the alternator to the fuse box and everything checked out good.

questions
1. Is it possible that the alternator settings were not set by the tuner and now the alternator doesn't know when to kick on? Im on AEM EMS 2

2. I was told that there is a second alternator fuse under the dashboard. Is this true? where is it located?????
