Default AEM EMS V2 not getting power

Hello guys i recently been having trouble with my kraftwerk sc with AEM EMS 2. It was running fine for a few months but now it start acting up. AEM EMS wouldnt connect when i turn key to on. i sent the unit back for full inspection and they said everything is GOOD.

so now when i need to turn on the car. i have to disconnect battery and reconnect. when doing so, it give power to AEM EMS and fuel pump would prime and start.

have anyone experience this and how to fix it?

Check your connectors, be sure none of your wires got de-pinned. Check power wire, its source, and ground.

USB connection is not a problem. the problem is that AEM EMS only activate whenever i disconnect and reconnect the positive battery and it would only fire up ONE.

Well, now you have to fix that. Check the voltage of the battery and the power line to the ECU
