Default Help with cooling plate

So I threw away my stock cooling plate years ago and I want to replace it cuz I know it force more air towards the rad. Should I simply look for a stock on to do the job or a few of these on ebay:

option 1

option 2

Since I have a Comptech kit and my airbox is not stock I was thinking maybe the stock plate just pushing the air towards the rad and forgetting about the intake is good enough..

Any advise..

NRG, AUT, Password JDM all make nice cooling plates.

I think Im going to go with the rip off if the AUT. Really just looking to force air to the rad, not expect to gain any power so I think it would do the job

I don't think you want the AUT... the design of that one is geared more towards allowing air to funnel towards the intake box. And since you have a CT kit your intake box is different and enclosed, so it would do no good. Actually, it may deduct from the cooling effect at the radiator since it is trying to get that air to the intake box instead.

I have the Alloy Craft one; its just flat. But any of these cooling plates actually sit above the little V-shaped OEM one... so I don't know how effective they are anyway compared to the OEM one.

AUT is a rip off of the BYS.
Stock one is more functional than the aftermarket ones. It is angled toward the radiator. The aftermarket ones are more cosmetic than functional.

You need the OEM one that goes under the cosmetic cooling plate as dc2 said. Removing the stock one lets air passed the radiator. Looking at the part numbers on majestic, I believe they are the same. Part number 19600-PCX-000

air will get there no matter what. the under carriage one is what helps the most so the air doesn't exit right away
