Hey i dont feel like going through all the old forms but i finally saved up enough to turbo my s2k. Im not really an expert on cars so I just want someone who can give me sum tips. The car is Stock everything except for a k&n air filter, are there any upgrades i should put on the car before I turbo it if so what? Also I know every1 has their own opinion on things but what is the best quality turbos kits. Appreciate ne suggestions.

 

clutch, engine mangement, boost control, wideband...

if you get a kit, it should come with the rest.

how much moola do you got? If your starting off i suggest something simple like a greddy kit for carb reasons, or go IP.

 

Its going to take some funds to get the entire thing put together well and done right. Just dont skimp on the important things such as your fuel and tune and you should be fine. Some very important parts to consider are:

Injector Dynamics fuel injectors
Walbro Fuel pump
AEM EMS, Kpro, or Hondata Flash Pro if you have a MY06+
New Clutch, Competition makes great stuff
All neccessary gauges including a wideband O2
**have a reputable shop tune it.

Those are the general upgrades you should invest in other than the typical "turbo" parts. Find ya a kit in the classifieds for sale and piece the rest together . There are tons of how to's on installation so you can save a few hundred on having a shop install the whole lot
