no, they're fully back in business as CT Engineering.
i called them; they said they need 3-6 months to get the kit out

apparently their supplier for their blower discounted the model they were using; they are testing a new model

this is why i will not go with comptech they are not reliable as a buisness they have good parts yes but they have to many problems as a buisness

i know a turbo and a s/c will get me to 300whp thats no longer a question
i want to know what will be more reliable on AND off the track? who would win 300whp turbo or 300whp s/c

i don't know what's more reliable and trackworthy, as the greddy kit is relatively new.. there is sufficient data that the s/c is both

i'm pretty sure the 300whp turbo would be faster than the 300whp s/c

I would look for the Greddy kit at that power level.

I think super chargers are better for the track since the install is less invasive than a turbo setup. Adding to that, you have to worry about the extra oil lines that come with a turbo. Also, you'll be in the right powerband at all times with a SC setup which helps as well.

I'd also do a search for the Kraftwerks SC kit... it sounds very nice.

wanna run vettes in a straight? go turbo...low end boost/torque. S/C will get the hp you want, but not the torque and rpm dependent.

look its simple. s2000 are made for the track. they are made to keep vetec in a range that when you are going down the track if your skills are good when you shift you should always be in vtec. with that being said. a turbo is always goin to be spooled up pretty good. there for you can get more top end out of it and keep up with a vette on a straight away. If you go with a super charger you are going to get more torqe. which at this point isnt really going to matter.

s/c has more power in the top end due to volumetric efficiency

turbo has better low end torque

no one thinks a s/c would be a match for a vette on the straight dont vettes run low 13s no one thinks a s/c would run that my best time stock was a 14.2

not that im a drag kinda guy but its always fun to see times for some shits and giggles

has anyone with a s/c or turbo at 300whp have any time slips for the 1/4
