Default Help, please!

I was on my way home last night and it was raining really hard, unfortuantly i was going down a road and came across a massive puddle of water and had no choice but to go through it, the water was about 3" deep, my car is only about 3" of the floor at the front. I got through ok but soon after on light throttle it started to missfire then when i came to a stop it cut out, it will start again fine but then soon cuts outs if i dont hold blip the throttle.

I left it for a day thinking maybe water had got into the electrics and it needed to dry out so i started it today and it started fine but as soon as it gets warm it starts trying to cut out and misfire. It's not smoking and when i put my foot down it hesistates but once the turbo spools up it runs fine with no misfire's at all.

I'm running a Greddy turbo kit with a AEM 1052u ecu on a AP1. Obviously the CEL light does not flash up so i have no idea what could be causing it.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanls

have you removed the plugs and pipes to see if there is any water in them? or down on the cylinders?
