Default help with pulley

hey guys. can anyone of you please check this part (blue arrow) to see if it is rocking (moving left/right) while the car is idling. this whole part (red and blue arrows) is where the (yellow) pulley is mounted onto. where the red arrow points to does not vibrate, but the pulley and (blue arrow)part rocks and vibrate while engine is at idle. i revved the engine a little and the rocking/vibration goes away. again, only the part that i marked with blue arrow vibrates left/right constantly at idle. movement is about 3 or so millimeters. the pulley vibrates too, but not as much. no noise, just visual movements.

i dont know if this is normal since this was the first time i noticed it. thankx in advance.

It's normal for the spring loaded tensioner to move slightly with the engine running.
