Here we go
Can you see any scoring on the cylinder walls? Turn the crank and check all the cylinders for scuffs. If you blew ring lands, you should have scuffs I would think. If there are no scuffs to be seen, you may not have any problems with any of the pistons or rings.
SiAdam I pulled my motor apart I had some light scoring on my cylinder walls at the top of 2,3 103k on the motor. New pistons new hone you should be good to go. All that work might as well go with some low comp forged pistons and not have to worry about it again.

I didn't want to rotate the crank anymore than necessary.
I'll have them out tonight.
I'm guessing I have to pull the front cover off ?

the oil pump and crank sprocket must be removed together, so you have to remove the crank pulley and the chain case cover as well

Offending posts have been removed. Keep it civil.
Got the motor apart tonight, and needless to say I'm gonna look into a hone/bore or even sleeves.
Weighing my options currently.
I'll have some pics up tomorrow.
I didn't forget about ya guys...
Ok, finished the teardown last night. Here are the results.
Pistons are beat up, no doubt, but nothing that looks bad per say, I'll have to wipe them off and take a better look.
The cylinder walls have some sratches, that you can feel, so it will need a hone, also I swear the bores look out of round, but that could just be an optical illusion due to design. Thats something the machine shop can handle if need be. I'm sure there is a slight taper, usually is on a used motor.
Regardless, here ya go. Funny how cylinder 1 looks the worst, but it had the best comp. #'s.
The pictures are in sequence from 1 - 4 in respect to cylinder and piston #.
Anyway.
