Ah, ok. The reason for my question is a used block I´m buying, want the right girdle if it´s "married".

They are to my knowledge, you want to crank to be nice and true, otherwise I can see premature bearing issues.

No.

Valve cover, front timing cover, and intake manifold are wrinkle black, VHT high temp.

The block is VHT satin black, 900 degree caliper paint.

The head is untouched, as well as the exhaust manifold.

The turbo will be ceramic coated, w/a black turbo blanket.

Cars black/black, I figure I might as well go all out.

You don't coat stainless manifolds if you want them to last.

I'm keeping my ID1000's, which will limit me to ~750whp, not to mention my clutch should crap out about that anyway.

I figure beyond that it gets waaay to expensive, upgrade injectors/clutches/transmissions/rears/etc.

I've already spent enough $$, have to put my foot down and say enough is enough.

thats one beastly engine! ive got a spare head laying around im thinking about tempting to polish and polish the block as well but idk if i wanna dedicate that much time to it
