Subscribed. Nice work. And my oil squirters are blocked off as well, and run a healthy 80 psi of oil pressure w/ oil cooler. Good luck with the build and look forward for the final results. Inspiration for me down the road :-)

Nice! Will follow this build. Love the block, is this the regular AEBS sleeves or less water cooling?

Is there any numbers on block and girdle to help matching them? Guess you can't mix it up between engines? Seen it on other engines designed like this.
Regular sleeved block, it's going to be a street motor, so I didn't opt for less water cooling.

The top of the sleeves, have a "girlde" so to speak, I'm not sure what you are referring too?

Didn't seem like there was much interest in the setup this time around, so I've neglected the pics/info.

Here is the last pic I took a week or so ago.

It's linked from my FB account, not sure if you all will be able to see it or not.

The block is all black now, except for the head.

No, I meant the lower main cap piece, we call it girdle over here. The piece bolted to the block to keep the crank in place.

I´ve seen these "married" to the block by numbers, same in our engines?

Sorry man, bad English....

Good question, to be truthfully honest, I do not know. I know it's the same block, b/c I had the serial number from it before I sent it away, but I did not check the main cap/girdle.

Thanks all for the kind comments, I'll post up some more pictures as I come across them.
