looks sweet!
Thanks Matt.

Filled the tank and measured the voltage. 1.55v with a full tank. Scaled the aforementioned table accordingly. Empty should be close to 5v, but I will measure again as soon as the tank is empty. The output is VERY sensitive. At idle or on smooth roads, the reading is stable, but cornering/accelerating/etc (basically, any time the fuel is in motion), the gauge jumps around. Oh well, it works!
Any idea how the OEM scales the bars?

I don't know if you have plumbed and wired up the sensor yet, but I put mine on the return line where the EVAP canister used to be. You can use the wires for the sensors (ftp or cvs) there for power and for the signal back the the AEM series 2. Just add a ground anywhere into the body in the area. As for the signal wire, you have to move one in the factory connector at the computer for it to work on the AEM. I can look at my car when I get to work to find out exactly which pin I used if you are interested.

You can use any of the available switched inputs. Here's how I wired mine:

In the flex fuel map, you need to activate the input (again, I chose 'switch 5' but you can choose T3/T4/Switch2-6). Additionally, you need to turn the rising/falling edge for your switch 'ON'; the falling edge of T3 (VSS) is 'ON' by default and can be left alone. To add channels to the 'Options-Flex Fuel' window, right click in a blank section of the window, right-click, 'insert options', scroll down to your correct switch (Sw5 rising edge/Sw5 falling edge), and add them to the window; turning them 'ON' as previously mentioned:

That will come in handy, as I have wired mine all up but have not yet setup my V2 yet. I read the release notes, but just haven't had time to tackle it yet.

I looked into mine and I used the FTP sensor wire 1 (C28 at the PCM) for the flex sensor output, the EVAP bypass solenoid valve wire 1 (hot from fuse 6 in ON) for power to the flex sensor, and tapped a ground into the body. The reason I chose the FTP sensor wire for the input was that C29 is the T4 input for the V2. So it was a simple removal of the pin at C29 and moving C28 over into its place. It saved me from having to run wires from the front of the car back and kept everything clean and tidy.

I ended up putting it next to my fuel pressure regulator in the engine bay and wired it up. I just need to have the firmware updated on my AEMV2 to be able to use the flex fuel sensor. I am not sure if how to do that and I don't know if I can just update it myself then do what Kyle said. Might have you take a look at it if you have time one day Kyle. It seems like you know what your doing.
