welp, heres some numbers for ya.

any FI kit should be accompanied by a clutch install. i know people keep there stock clutch and say its fine, well mine slipped NA, and quite a few others have too.

so figure 600 for clutch
turbo kit is anywhere from 3k used to 7500 complete
do u have emissions testing? if so aem ems will need to be swapped to stock stuff during testing, or you can try the kpro way and see what happens.

i would keep the stock HG. with a good tune its not the weakest link in the motor. honestly, the motor is stout. really stout.

300 is puny for this motor, hell even 400 aint gonna kill it, again , with a good tune.

autox and hpde will make it a bit tough here. many have done this with a turbo setup and experienced overheating. SC would be easier to accomplish that goal wihtout a doubt.

for you, if 400 max is all you want, my SC kit would be awesome for you. instaboost, makes 300+whp on 6psi, i am at 10 now and should be anywhere from 360-380whp.

even a used VT would be fun too. i am a big fan of aem ems, so i would do it with ID 725 injectors.

put 10k aside for total FI install + parts. you'll come in under it with a used kit if you play your cards right.

You bunch of sellout pussies! Had she been an 18 year old pimple-faced boy, you would have told her to use the search function because this has been discussed countless times before.

Me personally, if I was looking for just 300 hp, I would get the Kraftwerk.

OMG that is funny...I'm actually surprised that no one made any comments about the fact that I am a girl.

Thanks you all for the help and advice I do really appreciate I'm a BMW girl and have NO CLUE about Honda so it is nice to get advice from the pro's. LOL

I would get a sc! If it is your dd and you are planning to track it and all you will have less head aches with a sc kit from all my research I have done.
It does not add lots of torque down low or anything but does make the car much faster and can be upgraded to around 400whp with supporting mods.
Most people with superchargers I have talked to have not had any issues what so ever. That is very rare with a turbo'd s2k.
I would check out the Kraftwerks if I were you as that adds more low end power than vortech or comptech does I believe.
I hve a vortech I am going to be installing in not too long and got my first ride in a sc'd s2k last night and felt insanely fast!

Much More heat. More parts switched out. Higher torque numbers etc.
