Default HKS supercharged vs std car performance

With meaningless whp figures being thrown about like confetti at a drunks wedding. I thought I'd post some data that shows what you get with a gts 7040 fitted to a 2.0 car running id1000 and invidia cat delete with matching q300 twin exit pipes

Currently running std exh.

I have found no down side to this kit so far. It's easy to live with and nothing has broken due to excessive piwer. The stage 2 clutch easily holds the power and it is really great fun to drive. This 2nd gear pull from 49mph to 69mph I think shows this kit gives great fun performance
49mph to 59 mph = 0.807 secs
59 mph to 69mph = 1.046 secs
Therfore 49 mph to 69mph in just 1.853 secs this is on a poor surface at 5 degrees c with the tyres fighting for traction and losing.

MPH ..........STD CAR ..........HKS.7040........................HKS8555 (no gain in performance over 7040 if running standard exhaust and small intercooler pipes, changes coming soon which should push performance nearer GT3 )

40-60.......... 2.2s................... 1.523..................................

30-60...........2.9s......................2.4s (std...exh)............... ..............STD exhaust really takes the sting out of performance

70-90..........4.5sec.................2.361secs...... ....................

50-90.......... 7.4s.................... 4.355s...............................

90-110.......... 6.7s............... 3.7s update (93-113mph) 3.1s (8.9psi-10.5psi) 7200rpm-8500rpm

40-110.......... 15.2s............. 9.5s I think this time will reduce to about 8.4secs but can't find data logs to confirm yet

I found this data quite interesting - although not exact same speeds it is still a 20mph range
Acceleration from 47 mph to 67mph was 2.1secs which compares to a standard car 40-60 time of 2.2secs
But the difference is with the hks kit this was done with just 24%-35% throttle.in 3rd gear from just 4600 rpm to 6500rpm

Just found this in the logs
40mph-60mph 2.292sec. in 3rd gear 3900-5700rpm starting at just 15% throttle rising to 33% throttle

If the internet calculator for 0-60 times is correct a 400 flywheel hp car weighing what the s2000 does it will complete this dash in 3.6secs you will need over 510bhp at the flywheel for a sub 3 sec 0-60

At 4.355 secs 50-90 it's much closer to a c7 z06 than I first thought but will still show you more brutal acceleration @4.1s

I will continue to add more data from time to time

Hi Mark

Sorry I'm off soon to asia for several months but will try to get some when I return Hoping to get some vids from Spa Francourchamps so will be able to max it out on track hopefully. As my na ap1 maxed at 160mph I think it will rev out at 175. due to gearing with the sc. So for now just info from my flashpro data logs
