I messaged Evasive about this upgrade and they said they wouldn't sell the bits to do the conversion. From what ive seen based on HKS drawings it would require a 6mm spacer fitted to the front of the charger so that when its bolted up it will put the pulleys inline with how the 7040 blower sits.

It really shouldn't be that complicated to do and then its a case of running a pulley so that you get the desired output and dont overspin the charger. Im at the point where i want more power and turbo would be massively complicated and similar if not more cost to this upgrade. A sheet of aluminium is pretty cheap and worse case scenario it could be made by hands with a few hours of effort.

The problem now is that you cant buy the 8550 but you can buy the 8555 which seems identical from what i can tell
