Thumbs up How to drill crank pulley for Vortech sc use?

The pulley that came with the Vortech SC kit that was attached to the modified vortech collar part was chipped and broken during shipping.
I just bought another oem crank pulley but it needs to be drilled so I can attach the second part of the vortech pulley to it.
Does anyone know how it should be drilled? I am assuming I can just fit the collar over the stock pulley and then drill through the holes but what size drill bit and how deep etc? Do I have to use a tap or anything?
Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.

It will have to be drilled with a drill press, and tapped. If you don't have a drill press do not try to do it by hand.

I believe you're going to need to send that in to Vortech.

Vortech will not drill it for me only sell me the new one for $370 or whatever which I don't want to do. Sure seems like it would just be a simple drilling. I guess I will find a machine shop to do it to be safe but need to know the drill bit size, depth to trill and then what tap is needed.

If it's not perfectly centered you may run into problems.
