BTW, I was able to get those broken-off bolts out just by disassembling the rear half of the mounting bracket. That made it a lot easier.
Is it normal after a few months ownership to feel like the car isn't as fast as when you first got it S/C'ed? I'm tempted to have it dyno'ed again, but I have a feeling it's just psychological (boost readings have not changed and the car runs well).
For use with the special lock nut I have a 10 inch long 9/16 open ended wrench (Craftsman) and it makes the process very quick and easy. Only back the nut off about 1/4 to 1/3 turn prior to adjustment. If you back it off more the arbor will get set at an angle with the adjustment screw and the tension will change when you tighten the nut up again.
I have a couple of these mil spec aircraft grade lock nuts left.
i just used the impeller speed calculator and found out the the 3.5 pulley i bought is going to put the impeller speed at 52457 for a 8500 redline
think this should be fine?
its a shame i bought the pulley 6 weeks ago i and i just wanted to stay under the 53000rpm not 50000....
oh well.... i guess i should drop my rpm a little.
What about porting and polishing the Intake Manifold and Adding Lightweight pulleys to my Car, I Was Checking at Ricks2k.com but they dont have the pulleys anymore, where can i get those guys?

To this point I have left the intake runners basically stock, cleaned up some seams and opened up the TB ports.
Light weight pulleys are a bonus and allow the engine to rev a little quicker. Light weight pulleys, lightened clutch/flywheel and lighter wheels allow the car to be more responsive.
Coulda, shoulda, woulda, oops, there gone. There are many items that had limited production runs. With enough interest Rick's or others may bring them back.
I don't know of any source of light weight pulleys currently. Avoid the light weight crank pulley that is sans dampener.
