It's ok to go a hundred or two hundred rpms beyond for a millisecond. Five or eight hundred beyond is not something you want to do. The 3.8 pulley should work out fine. I'm waiting for a 4.15 pulley to go with the a 9600 redline.

That's 19.57 psi for those of us challenged and almost 20 psi for those of us enlightened.
That is just a pipe dream until I get the pulley and then it may be more like:
21.75 psi.
The gauge correction factor was 0.8 at that time so 21.75 psi was really 17.4 psi.
My original block met a broken piston ring.
