How to maximize the Vortech Supercharger

A larger throttle body with a boosted application has been shown to add a small amount of power over stock throttle body. We have seen 4 to 6 rwhp going from 62.5mm to 64mm throttle bore running low boost.
At higher boost levels the gains may be greater. That said, I went from 64mm to 70mm and didn't feel anything except a difficult to modulate pedal.

That has less to do with the throttle body butterfly diameter, and more to do with the radius of the butterfly cam that the throttle cable is basing its actuation on per distance of foot stroke travel.

I really like the new exhaust.
I want to thank you for this thread and the many others I've followed to take my path Phil...you are for sure an asset to this community.
That said what synthetic oil do you use? I know many have fact sheets and opinions...I switched from Mobil 1 (used for 50k +miles) to Amsoil and the S/C got quieter and smoother, just from what I observed and wanted to put that out to others.
