It's not an exact science but there's definitely parasitic loss with any supercharger setup. I think 20% more power is a pretty good estimate considering parasitic loss and the superior turbo power delivery characteristics under most street driving conditions.

a well tuned and stroked ITB set up with an engine management could beat a turbo if it was a greddy kit bolt on. There are a million ways to win. In a line, on a turn, or sitting sideways. Its up to the driver for the most part. but turbo will pwn a SC for less money. that is for sure.
