use a thread chaser/tap with anti-seize on it, the anti-sieze will help capture the old thread debris from falling inside of the cylinder. make sure you drop the psition in the hole so you don't hit the psition with the tap.

they can only be cross threaded if you installed them that way. ALWAYS use anti-seize.
i have had they happen many times in the past. i use "BG" products in-force penetrating oil that foams when sprayed. shot some down around the base of the spark plugs. let sit fo a minute or so. then try to turn each plug until it stop, evan if it is only 1/16-1/8 turn. spray it again and go to the next sprak plug. it my take awhile but they will come out.

NOT on NGK plugs, they already have a coating on them and don't need anti-seize.
It can't hurt anything to use it

It can actually. NGK specifically says DO NOT use anti-seize on their plugs because it can lead to over-torquing them. The coating is already on the threads of the plugs.

Every oil change? Jesus that must get expensive. It is not necessary to change iridiums that often.

Seriously you should just run coppers then.

I just bought this

Hopefully this will do the trick

How do I move the piston down without starting the car, turn the crank pulley?

I don’t have a crank pulley tool or room for one with my SC so I prefer to disconnect the injector clips and turn the engine over with the start button. Just tap the button to clock the motor. Pretty quick and easy alternative.
