Updated on turbo kit?

 

Is it possible to run normal cars on E85? I know for example Saab "Biopower" cars can run on any mix of regular ~95octane fuel and E85. They produce 40hp more on E85 than regular fuel I think. These are turbo cars just as the cars in this thread. What about regular nonturbo cars? Do they need modding for this fuel and are there any benefits with running E85? (Not looking at particle emisson reductions)
