Im back!
The v160 is honestly really loud. I dont know how someone could say it isnt. I dont think dynomat would get it even close to a level id be happy with. I couldnt stand it in my supra and i didnt even drive it much. I havnt heard one in a S2000 but cant imagine its any better. The things are bulletproof though. Do you guys know if anyone has tried to run a R154 supra trans? They hold about 900-1000whp on a supra which is heavier and make more torque than a S2000 engine. They are much cheaper than a V160 too.
Sorry we got off topic here but I guess its okay since its my thread. It is in the FI section too i guess lol

the R154 can be adapted from the 7mgte style bell housing, and swapped over to the 2jzgte bell housing. I would imagine when doing this the FBM adapter could work. The clutch would most likely cost half of the FBM conversion clutch package. I would imagine that the standard pressure plate and clutch disc for the F20/22 could be used, while changing the inner hub splines to the R154, the only issue I see is pilot bearing, and possible throw out bearing issues, we would have to further investigate those...
I think this is a much better option for the cost, to allow the S2k to have a great tranny option, without taking out a second mortgage to do so...
