Individual cylinder fuel trims
I wouldn't worry too much about individual cylinder fuel trims unless you are running an o2 on each cylinder. Just keep your A/F's in the mid 11:1 range and you should be just fine. Hell, I'm making around 780 whp with e85 on the stock block and A/F's in the mid 11's with no problems at all. Although, e85 does help keep the cylinders cool.

Why would any good tuner that know's what they are doing, blindly add fuel to a cylinder when they have no clue what is actually going on in that cylinder? That is some piss poor tuning if Evans is doing that without at least running individual exhaust runner EGT's; individual widebands preferred.
