Default Which Injectors?

what's a good set to get where i won't have a bottle neck down the road (high boost), but they won't be too big for tuning? is there such a thing as too big?

What whp are you looking for, thats a better determinate than "high boost".

Under ~600whp ID 1000's are the injectors to get, beyond that, ID2000's.

oh, okay. i'd say i will definitely be looking at going 10 psi soon. that's the max for the stock map, right? after that, a little higher. don't want to destroy the charger or my engine, plus i don't want major belt slip or anything like that.

You will need some sort of engine management/tune to go beyound 7psi on the novi 1000.

ehhh, do they have experience with it? i think i have only seen one successful install of that on there car.

im not a huge fan of piggybacks, but sometimes, its a necessary evil. just make sure they are proficient with it. why did you get a new FPR? with ID1000 injectors, you dont need to raise the pressure any more then stock will. stock one is 1:1, its plenty for what your doing. DEF do not put a rising rate FPR on a car that doesnt need it, EG your car! thats the kinda thing you do on stock injectored cars to get more flow.

they just wanted to get rid of the comptech fpr. didn't think about reusing my stock one. it was only $140. the fic was what they suggested. we'll see how it goes...

OMFG DO NOT use the aem fic, you will have nothing but trouble it and possibly fuel wash your motor, not to mention youre gonna love the studder and jerking it pulls between 4-5k rpm.

Theres a really good reason they call this the Plug and Pray FIC
