wow, didn't think i would have people telling me to get 1000's . at what boost levels have you guys experienced belt slip?

as far as the fic, evans tuning is only about 3 hours away, if we have any problems. he doesn't mind tuning them. he did say he gets the hesitation on some cars, and there isn't anything to do about that, however.
Yes and that hesitation will dump loads of fuel into your motor, I seriously wouldnt trust this unless you are looking to do a rebuild. We warn you from experience, me and junky were some of the first ones to pioneer this and it was not very kind to us.

okay; i'll see if they can return it.

what would be a good alternative? they were talking about a vafc, too, just to lean out the low rpm's.

vafc works good for that, but your limited to using stock injectors in this case, which means your boost cap is traditionally about 7psi. 300whp

BTW we need to let him know that VAFC can NOT scale injectors and can only lean out AFRs, not add fuel. Is your car an 02 im guessing?

The only good methods for management is a stand alone or the EMU with someone who KNOWS wtf they are doing. Also, the threads on the EMU say it takes days and multiple tweaks to get it right, but it can be done.

This is one area where you dont want to save money or cut corners because it will cost you a new engine in the end.
