So what's the verdict here? I think this is an important thread if anyone is considering a build from IP at the moment. Getting potentially 2-3 motors wrong isn't too great :\
8/10 update - A few different things have happened since.
First off, the car refused to make any more than 11.5psi on the same pulley that it made 14psi with on Evans dyno, I could not get the belt to stop slipping. I developed an oil leak from the drain tube or fitting from the supercharger - I'm not sure if some oil got on the pulley or what but... That, coupled with my newfound lower compression motor than what I thought I had and the car feeling more sluggish than before, my research led me to believe that I need to increase boost to get back my power I'm losing from lower compression pistons I now have. I swapped my pulley to a 3'' with a Gates Racing RPM belt, I now have zero slip and hit 15.6 PSI. Evans reviewed the logs and plugs, all looks perfect.
The dipstick popping is gone with the new O rings, even at this new 15+psi, so I think that's resolved.
I checked the bores a couple weeks ago and they are still good, developing a nice cross hatch now. Car is not burning any oil.
Due to all of the above (hitting the correct PSI for the pulley I'm running, no oil burning, logs/plugs looking good) I haven't scoped the bores recently nor have I done another compression/leakdown test. I will in the next couple weeks as I run with this new pulley on.
regarding the dipstick its a pretty common issue. on mine i just drilled a small hole in the little lip you pull up on and ran to ace hardware and grabbed a spring. i just run the spring down to a bracket by the intake manifold. it doesnt need to be a supper hard/strong spring but my oil dipstick pop-out issues have been illiminated. to check the oil i just unclip the spring from the dipstick.

Of course that works... I was more concerned with getting to the root cause of my issue as I was told the dipstick should not be popping at my boost level.

Never had a dip stick issue on any of the 6 motors I've run in this car, not even at 18+psi of boost. They really shouldn't pop out unless the engine is creating abnormally high blow by for some reason. I never ran a catch can on any of my motors either so that could be the variable. Just factory pcv with front valve cover breather venting to atmosphere.
mine only seemed to do it on track and anyone who has been on track knows the last thing you want all over the engine bay is hot oil. i havent done a comp or leakdown on this engine but it seems healthy enough. it burns like zero oil. but like 3 or 4 other guys that i track with with boosted s2k's all dealt with the dipstick blowing out, 2 of them had this spring trick so i just copied it and has been great since. i do want to add front breather ports on the valve cover but currently just the stock front port and a barbed open fitting in the stock pvc running to a sealed catch can that connects to the turbo intake

So what is the final takeaway from this? Is the motor still ok? Are the leak downs in the 15-25% range still? Having been boosted for the past 12 years, my F22 is feeling a little tired, and the plan had aways been to go to InlinePro for the rebuild, but these threads have been pretty disheartening. Are there any other engine builders people are using? Does Laskey still build engines?
