Same in NY. Plug in the OBD II, no codes? Passed. You can strap a GE or RR jet engine under your hood, with a 28" afterburner sticking out of your trunk. If you have no codes, you pass inspection, and your car is road legal. Gotta love it.

Tried it, didnt fit, not even close.

I did park next to one though.....I think that particular one was from a 747....I dont think i can squeeze is into my trunk. I dont watch to scratch my system in there.

here in oklahoma we dont even have inspections or emissions or anything like that, we used to have inspections but they passed a law a few years ago to where we dont have to anymore, and the cops i have never heard of harassing people with modded cars unless your acting a fool

 

In Texas all you gotta do is by an inspection sticker... which depending on who you know can be easy/hard...
