When instlaling a 3mm headgasket.... should i use....
1)old headstuds, because they are"stretched" already?
2)new OEM
3) ARP
I'm going to be around 12-15psi.

from what i am told you do not need to 'retorque' new head studs if they are installed correctly.
many people have had issues with the ARP bolts but i dont know off hand.
it seems most people recommend new OEM studs, but of course YMMV.

and if I go with new oem...... Do I gotta retorque them after a certain number of miles???
Can I get at them by just taking the valve cover off?? Or do I have to take the cams and all that off again?

Use new, and no you dont need to retorque.
They are insane. if you reuse your old OEM, you do 22 ft lbs, and 2 90 degree turns.
with new bolts... 22 ft lbs, and 3 90 degree turns...
That is right about 100-120 ft lbs. oem FTMFW.

New Headbolts are NOT required as long as the threads on the previous bolts are not damaged.
ARP headstuds are a good idea but are NOT required to run our headgasket. If you frequently remove the R&R the head, then ARP studs are great as they reduce the chance of damaging the head.
Torque procedure are the same as the OEM manual with stock headbolts. Nothing is changed.
Torque specs on ARP bolts are according to the ARP specs depending on which lube is used.

The OEM head bolts are not torque to yield. If they where installed right the first time they did not stretch. Clean the threads good before you install them.
so i just reuse them in the proper sequence to 22ft/lbs and 2 90 degree turns. right?
Now I just need to know the sequence and the proper lube....
