Default Installing AEM UEGO Controller

Where do I connect the UEGO controller (part# 30-4100) to the AEM EMS? I have the 1052 not the "1052-U" that has a port near the serial connection. I was on the understanding that it can be used with the 1052 and it was a "must have item" when going FI. Is there a special adapter that I have to purchase?

I believe the 1052 must have the "U" to be UEGO compatible.

from what I have been reading. You have to remove the narrowband o2 sensor 5v wire that is on the harness and replace it with the white wire (the 5v analog wire) from the aem uego sensor. Would I be better off if I have an actual mechanic install it? They have to weld the bung anyways might as well do the rest right?
