Default Intercooler piping

Are there any good options for 2.75 and 3 inch charge piping that are not $500 kits? If not what universal kits are people going with to weld their own?

I am running top mount turbo currently and I got a good buy on a precision 750hp cooler so I am in a pickle

I used this Kit ---->Intercooler Piping

It's 3" piping and is pretty sturdy, also comes bead rolled if you don't have to cut certain pieces off.

Same here. Except I got the one with Intercooler. To me a ic pipe is just a pipe. All does same thing. U will have to mod the left side depending how your turbo sits

Too bad you can't get by with 2.5 inch. I am moving and am tossing a big box of odd lengths of 2.5 in aluminum and many hunks of silicon in straight and different angle bends.

I had to try a few different designs to get my plumbing right and ended up with lots of sections that got scrapped. Partly because I get to impatient and never learned to follow "measure twice, cut once."

Ended up ordering the kit torque-less suggested. I can tig it at work, but it would have been nice to avoid it for atleast the cold side. Unfortunately I guess I will have to buy a few saw blades and markers to get it all lined up while at home. Wish I could tack it on the car. Lucky bunch you are with a garage. I only have a car port and no 240 service within reach.

3" piping seems like complete overkill IMO, and certainly makes fitting everything together a quite a bit more difficult. If you've already ordered I'm sure you'll be fine, just something to consider.

especially if you don't plan on running a larger throttle body to match the 3" piping
