Dont forget to change the old 2 hole oil squirters to the new 4 hole squirters for the pistons.

Make sure to get the oil feed on the turbo at exactly 12 o'clock and then you can loosen the turbine and compressor housings and turn them to where they need to be.

You are definitely going to have to get a filter relocation kit with the manifold. Go with Ultimate Racing's kit since it comes with -8 or 1/2" ID lines. IP uses -10 lines and I think thats too big and will lower your oil pressure.
rob! said he ran it with filter in stock location, but had to remove the oil cooler, i just got the UR kit, it still uses the oil cooler

^^I would think the filter would be too close to the manifold and contribute to heating the oil up, not to mention no oil cooler at all not helping the deal. I have the UR relocation kit so I know it uses the stock cooler.

With E85 you should be able to hit over 500hp. If only you were in KC a couple of us could give you hand.

Lower the oil pressure, who told you that? You have to minimize the oil pressure drop through the lines, ie bigger is better.

That is analogous to saying installing a 2" cooper feed line to your bathroom of 3/8" will drop the water pressure. Or if you are an electronics guy, replacing a piece of 10 gauge wire with 4 gauge wire will lower the voltage.
