Default Issues with MAC boost solenoid

Hey guys, I'm looking for some input on an issue that I've been dealing with for the past few weeks. Before I explain, I will give you some info about the car. I purchased a Full blown stage 1 kit from LJ at Full blown motorsports (great metal work and kit overall) AEM series 2 EMS,Hondata 4 bar MAP sensor, Bosch 1000 injectors, Walbro 255 FB, optima yellow top battery (450 CCA)which is relocated to the trunk with 0 guage wire and 140amp breaker, EGR system removed (EGR block off plate (Full blown), MAC boost solenoid, and Innovate LC-1 wideband. I'm tuned on E85 and the car runs great.

My problems started after I got tuned at Full blown motorsports (LJ did a great job and this problem wasn't caused by him or anyone at Full blown). After the tune, we stopped for some food before we headed back to the hotel. When we got back to the car I tried to fire it up but for some reason the fuel pump wouldn't prime. We swapped in a series 1 AEM EMS and the pump primed but my main relay was making a fast clicking noise, the car did fire so we just drove to the hotel on that. The next morning we got ahold of LJ and he was nice enough to help us with the problem(Easter sunday at 10 AM), we ended up swapping out the AEM series 2 for a new series 2. We were able to make it home on this, however, we did have issues with the fuel pump again(would not prime) so I would power cycle the car until it would prime. I drove the car like this for about two weeks until I got fed up with it and started messing with things. I purchased a new main relay thinking that it as bad, this helped the first few times but it ended up doing the same thing. I removed the boost solenoid from its power source and now the fuel pump will prime everytime. As of now I'm running on spring pressure without the boost solenoid, however, I would like to get this problem fixed. Does anyone have an idea as to what can be causing this issue? Thanks guys

Mike, try to run a diode in between the 12v positive side of the solenoid. A diode is pretty much a check valve. It will keep the voltage from back tracking to the ecu. Ive talked to Aem and they are aware that this is an issue. They told me that the V2 handles its output different from the V1, and this could be an issue. Let me know what you find. good luck buddy.
