I bought the car May, 2002. The new engine has less than 800 miles on it and the chassis has less than 16000 miles on it. I'll be selling because its time to move onto a new project - my 2008 ZO6.

fperra: How's the new Z06? Is she broken in yet? If I wasn't past the point of no return on my S2000, I'd either purchase a new 2008 C6 w/Z51 package or a used Supra and mod the shit out of it!

As a side note, I was cruising in the wife's Evo last night and a C6 pulled behind me. I slowed down and got him to line up next to me. I let him be the aggressor, and as soon as he mashed the gas and started going I got on the gas as well. I put a few cars on him by 120 and shutdown. My wife's Evos feels really good, but I can't wait to get my S2000 back up and running!

Anyways, best of luck to you and your new beast! If your S2000 hasn't sold yet, I am sure you will have NO problems selling it!

Probably not, but 585 whp is way too much for this car unless it is built specifically for the drag strip. 450 to 500 is more than enough for the street or autox. And the gt35r would give you much more power down low.
so do you think that a gt35 is just to much?

Say it ain't so, Fred. Selling the monster? Please PM me with more details. That thing should go in a magazine (and have your name on it as the owner / designer) before you sell it. Thanks for paving the way for the rest of us GT3076R autocrossers.

Best,
Stanford
