Currently using this. It is more reliable. http://www.amazon.com/Bussmann-BP-CB...+40amp+breaker

The fuse holder that came with the relay melted after a year. To much resistance and overheated over time.

Connect the BOV to one of the brass barb on the vacuum block and the other brass barb to a vacuum source on the intake manifold.

We are trying to start it and it just turns over. Will not start. Fuel pump is working. Any suggestions on how to find the root?
The injectors don't seem to be opening.

Car won't start. I think it's because ptune map is for 1000cc injectors and I'm using 725cc. At least I hope that's it. Anyone know how to adjust the map? Or should I wait for ptune?

You can rescale the fuel injector size/flow. Click 'Wizards-->Configure Injector Flow/Pressure' and rescale accordingly. Also, you will need to adjust your battery offset table (table is located in the 'Trims' tab). Which injectors are you using, specifically?

Your current Battery Offset (meant for id-1k's I would presume) should have the following numbers:

You'll need to change the Battery Offset table to the following (for the id-725's):

The 1000's list the deadtimes in microsecs, while the 725's are listed in milliseconds (1 millisecond = 1000 microseconds). I'm assuming you're running factory base fuel pressure? (43.5psi)
