Mounted down pipe recirculating dump and mid pipe. ( not easy) . Ran vacuum lines. Trouble shoot and fix leaking fuel. Trouble shoot start procedure ( car would not start due to wrong injector configuration ) bleed coolant ... 8 hrs.
Car is running now. Having an issue. When the car heats up it begins to make a bad rattle sound and vibration around 3000rpm. After 5 min it makes the sound between 2-3000 rpm. We think the dump pipe is hitting the body or shielding.
We are going to have to drop the down pipe and dump pipe to inspect. ( not looking forward to this again)
Anyone have a clue to the sound or vibration. ???

Spoke to toan today. 1st I have to say support from ptuning has been great. Zero complains there. He thinks I need to create space between the dump and framerail. About 1/4 inch. Currently 1 mm. See pic. He said I can try to turn the waste gate down. I'll try tomorrow.

Removed intake. Loosen turbo , down pipe vbands removed waste gate. Ate a microwave pizza. Then tried to remount. To difficult without a second set of hands. 2.5 hr.
If you mess this up, you'll have to remount again.

We were able to create more space what a pain this is. I just finished torquing things and starting it up. It sounds like shit. I think it's not not seated right. I'm f@#king tired. I might take a break for a few days.
Wife has been pretty cool about things but that's because many of her dumb shows on are new episodes. I guess I'll go watch new girl now and pretend I like it. ............ And drink a beer.
Here is a pic of the spacing.
Does any one think I'm going to have to loosen all the piping clamps to adjust the turbo manifold seating or just the vband for the manifold ?

Ray and I worked 5 hrs on it today and I think it's ready for a tune. We had to drop the down pipe 3 times and reposition the turbo 3 times. I think we got it. I'm going to try to get it tuned next week. I'll update with photos and reviews after.
Thanks a bunch for your help today Ray.
