Fit intake and inner cooler piping. Didn't have to cut the passenger side light bracket only the driver side.
Mounted vacuum block.
Loaded base map.
Approximately 90 min.

Should have manifold and turbo from atp on Friday. I'll post pics then.

I took off the manifold last night. Took about 60 min.

Wrapped manifold and turbo arrived from ATP. Quality looks really good.
Here are some pics.

Looking good man.

Why does your wrap look different from s2000442? It almost looks as if they used a thinner material on yours

Looks like they shaped it more to the manifold runners.

Yeah I think Ray is correct. The stuff is pretty firm so they may have shaped it differently and it appears like there's more insulation but there really isn't. Maybe s2000442 can chime in.

HELP! To anyone that has installed this kit ! This fitting will not screw into the t-block adaptor. I can turn it about 1/2 turn then it stops. If I try the other side if the fitting to any of the t-block ports it screws in with no problems. I don't want to force it.
Has anyone had similar issues? Do I need a new fitting ? See pic. Thanks in advance.

The brass color side of the union fitting's taper BSP thread screws into the engine block. The other end that u say is tight screws into the t block. The t block uses NPT taper thread so your going to feel it get tight right away when hand tightening it. Just tighten the fitting another 1 1/4 turn with a wrench.

Use Teflon sealant on threads but don't get any in the inside of the ports.
