Kenne Bell Boost-A-Pump vs 2 walbros
The Fuelab pumps have had more issues to date than any pump i've ever seen. I wouldn't even consider them until they get them figured out. Nice construction and idea, but they don't have them figured out yet, that's for sure.
The BAP is a great solution, assuming the pump has the pressure capability required to get the injector flow rate needed our of your injectors.
Here's a quick chart I threw together with some other ideas. I do not have the BAP route listed, but as Jeff has stated, and I agree, it is a good option for some situations. Just pay attention to pump pressure capability and overall fuel pressure (base + boost) that your setup will use based on the base pressure you need with your injectors, for the required amount of fuel flow.

Tony,
What do you think I can get to with my Full Blown twin Walbro 255 setup and -10an feed and -8an return on my RC1000cc injectors for now on e85? I'm hoping to run a base fuel pressure of 75 psi (or what base fuel pressure do you recommend?) and running around 25 psi of boost and hoping for around 625 whp on e85 with my Precision 6262SP JB turbo. Do you think this is feasible for now until I am able to switch to the 2200cc injectors? Once I switch to the 2200cc injectors, I'll be shooting for around 700 whp on e85.

Max overall pressure with the walbros, even a modded one, is just 80-90psi. Now way you're going to run 75psi base pressure on them on a boosted application.
I have no idea what pressure RC injectors are ok up to either.
For big power on dual 255's, the 2200's are the way to go.

- Intank 255lph walbro
- -8an line feeding the 044, and -8 running from the 044 to the rail
- stock return line
- Fuelab FPR
- ID1000's
- 91oct and C16
- inlinePro rail
what would the ideal fuel pressure be? 50psi? if i am reading your chart correctly, this setup is good for approx: 150psi, so running a S366 turbo to roughly around 25-28psi should obtain approx: 650ish whp, this would put me at around 75-78psi under full boost, which should be perfectly fine correct? sorry for the noob question.....

i have seen them around $225-240 for the single pump 20amp model
Looking for someone more reputable.
Use the HP calculator here to determine required base FP.

another noob question,
but when adding a 044 to the fuel system, do you wire the 044 like the walbro? meaning do both pumps (walbro and 044) always run at the same time, so the walbro pumps into the 044 and the 044 pumps to the rail?, or do you have it setup that the 044 turns on at a desired point?
