Figured it was time to update this thread. I still don't have any good pictures of the finished install, but I ran the car hard at NOLA Motorsports Park this weekend, and the kit performed great. I didn't have any loose nuts/bolts or any issues with the manifold. I will be putting the car in the air and checking everything over closely this weekend. The Mr. Sideways 3" dual pass radiator worked great with the kit. I did a full 20 minute session with a warm up lap, 7 hot laps, and a cooldown lap and here were the temp peaks:

Ambient 93F
Coolant 212F
Oil 260F

Hopefully that will show that it is possible to run a turbo S2000 hard in the Southern heat for a full session. While on the street the car tended to overboost to 10 psi, it stayed a lot more consistent and peak boost was generally between 7 and 8 psi still just running off the wastegate. Here is the video if anyone wants to see it:

Let me know if I can help you get on track. I haven't been over to Roebling in a couple years.

You mean did I have the heater on and the heater core in use? No. I had the A/C and blower off the entire weekend. Just the recirc button on so I don't have to smell any fumes from my VTA catch can. I plan to post up a datalog which will show coolant temp, IAT, RPM, MAP, and throttle from my Hondata FlashPro.
