Computer control should have nothing to do with fuel issues because you are controlling it manually with the FMU. 12:1 ratio is as rich as you can go with FMU tuning. Double check your work.

Glad to see its all together. Also, please show picture of your heat exchanger install. I have heat soaking issues with my car so that is my next modification.
Got the heat exchanger installed now. I didn't do the install so I can't say if it is an easy bolt up not. Looks nice there and seems to work great. Very happy I went with it.

I'll post up a couple pictures shortly.

I also got a 4" elbow installed to move the filter to the fender hole area for cooler air.

Still running super lean. Looking like the FMU is bad so I got a new one coming thanks to Sideways!
If that doesn't fix it I will pull the fuel pump and make sure everything is connected well still.
