Perhaps you have the in and out mixed up on the FMU, or perhaps the fuel pump is installed backwards. (If its an intake pump its really hard to install it wrong)
Computer control should have nothing to do with fuel issues because you are controlling it manually with the FMU. 12:1 ratio is as rich as you can go with FMU tuning. Double check your work.
Glad to see its all together. Also, please show picture of your heat exchanger install. I have heat soaking issues with my car so that is my next modification.

I'll post up a couple pictures shortly.
I also got a 4" elbow installed to move the filter to the fender hole area for cooler air.
Still running super lean. Looking like the FMU is bad so I got a new one coming thanks to Sideways!
If that doesn't fix it I will pull the fuel pump and make sure everything is connected well still.
