1.19VDC at WOT below VTEC and 2.56VDC above VTEC, also WOT. VTEC is set to 5800RPM. This is with meth injection, IAT temps at 109F and coolant temps at 196F.

You should be fine...I've not really seen any definitive answers on what is considered a knock on these things...it really depends on your modifications...some things make the motor louder than others...I check my plugs regularly and look for signs of detonation as well. I'd recommend you do that if you're worried about knock. I'm sure someone else has some tips too on here...but oddly no one seems to be writing you back!

From what I've gathered it seems the Knock Sensor calibration table in the basemap seems pretty good to go off of for Knock FB. But I only say that because I put the EMS on my car when it was stock and was watching what the voltage was doing. It seemed to follow along with the "natural engine noise".

I've seen actual knock numbers when I moved my VTEC point and didn't get the timing map moved right, something that should have triggered knock for sure.

I know that doesn't answer the original question but maybe it'll help someway...

It has been said that the OEM knock sensor and filters might not be any good for an FI engine. There are loads of extra noises from the turbo/SC. Not sure if this is accurate or not.

I've heard the same about the noise levels being higher in an FI engine when it comes to knock sensors...so I guess a positive take on it would be if, and these aren't exact numbers, just the ones I'm hoping for ...if a "knock" in a NA engine is considered above 3VDC and the highest you're getting is 2.5VDC and you are FI then you should definitely be safe...

just look at the stock knock calc table in aem. it doesnt start pulling timing at 8krpm until 4 volts of knock. at 6400 it doesnt start puling timing until 3 volts.

so knock needs to be looked at relative to rpm your at. 2.5 volts on an na car at 3000 rpm = bad. 2.5 volts on na car at 8000rpm = no big deal.

i dont count on thei sensor, but its nice to know that if there is enoiugh knock there is something that will try and prevent motor destruction. not perfect, but one kinda sagegaurd
