They are really crap in regards to communication.
You can't get hold with kraftwerk, everything is "leave a message pls"

Supposedly the founders abandoned the business and Skunk2 is sort of taking over. I believe that some have had success contacting Skunk2 instead. Basically they are dead. Good luck

I've talked to Brain several times. He seems knowledgable and generally interested in the KW product.

What do you need help with? The system is pretty solid.

I hate it when people trash a product for it's customer support rather than it's build quality and merit.

x2

it's not like you have to ever deal with a company if something happens to a product you purchase, so who cares how much the customer service sucks?

customer service might not matter to you, but to a lot of people its a big factor when spending this much money on car parts

I know Skunk2 is supposedly supporting them now, but are they selling new kits? Has anyone bought one from them?

Don't want to get into a deathmatch here but my point was if you're buying something this complex, you should know how to take care of it or you're set to fail even if someone is holding your hand on the phone.

This is not to say if you need replacement parts or if something is defective but even then, this particular kit has few if any that need that.

OP what do you want to know?
