Do you have a high flow cat? For those that do Ive seen two fail and cause a lot of power loss. Run a test pipe.
My bud was down on power car not acting right and it was a clogged high flow cat.

Im sure you know, 3" headerback is the way to go. Thats probably robbing you of a lot of power.
I wouldnt be surprised to see 30whp with a Berk 3" headerback.

Unhappy Please help!

2006 AP2
F22C1 STOCK INTERNALS
KRAFTWERKS SUPERCHARGER C38-81 KIT
PLM HEADERS
J'S RACING 70RR EXHAUST

I made 404 WHP 293 TQ @ 14PSI which is very good numbers for C38-81. The problem is that I cant rev past 7500 RPM. tuner mentioned that she want to make more power but after 7500 fuel pressure just drops. so i upgraded fuel pump wirings using the SOS fuel pump wirings and went back on the dyno and I still cant rev past 7500. so last week i upgraded the fuel pump, i went from a grams 255 to AEM 320. i just hope this is good enough to push out the remaining RPM im missing out on. but i just want to ask if anyone know whats going on?

The 2006+ S2000 has a returnless fuel system, meaning if there’s 14psi of boost in the manifold, that 14psi is also pushing against the injectors, which are set at 43psi from the factory, effectively leaving you with only ~30psi of fuel pressure when you need it most. Older S2000s don’t have this issue because they have a fuel pressure regulator with a vacuum/boost reference, so they’re able to raise fuel pressure 1:1 with manifold pressure. I ran into the same issue with mine and am doing a custom return-fuel setup that I briefly mentioned in another thread here, any questions feel free to ask.

Oh wow ok, that makes a lot more sense. Yeah, I actually came across your thread earlier this morning. So I’ll go ahead and invest in a return fuel system. Thank you!
