i didnt mean to say "Dont ask questions" but you asked multiple questions minutes apart from eachtother... maybe consolidate them into one post with multiple questions, thats all... if not, we will have 10 pages of only one issue or question... just my thought... but do as you please... if you need help then ask questions...

FWIW as belt tension is all over the place, I have left my belt EXCESSIVELY loose and had 0 issues. I've also noticed that it appears to feel more taught after driving on the track. I would say there is easily 1/2" of deflection in my belt. Being as its cogged and wont slip but many parts of the system do infact expand with heat there is no reason to keep the belt taught. When cold I can nearly slide my belt off the crank pulley, I have no fraying or excessive noise from the belt and after a few laps on the track the belt is somewhat taught but still not so tight as to damage anything. The concern IMO being exccesive stress on the blower and crank snouts (how many broken impeller shafts have we seen?) and excessive wear to the idler pulley bearings.

Hand tight plus one rotation seams pretty good! Do note that I lubed the billet aluminum tensioner block with high temp grease to help it slide.

Just got back from the dyno. I'll u/l a pic of the dyno chart later but I made 380 and 250 tq. Not quite the 400 I was hoping for but pretty solid. My tuner said a 70mm exhaust would help me pick up a couple more. I have to go back and get some finishing touches done on it but I'm pretty satisfied. I got on it from a roll and I'm going to have to relearn how to drive it with all these additional ponies. What a problem to have!

Do not !!!!! Make it the same tightness as ur alternator belt ... Simply take the slack out don't make it tight ... Big difference ... Should be a lot looser than stock belts .. You can always tighten it up more as it wears

Trying to prime my blower for the second time since I had to send it back to Kraftwerks over the holidays. I loosen the Oil IN line on the blower and put a hose through the oil cooler reservoir and tried blowing through it to try and get the oil to go through the lines and come out. The first time I did it, it worked well. But after installing the supercharger again, it's creating bubbles in the oil reservoir like blowing through a straw into a cup. It seems there has to be a clog somewhere, but there aren't and kinks or bends in the oil hoses. And there isn't much traveling the oil has to do to get from the oil reservoir to the Oil IN line, it just passes through the filter. Any idea what it could be?

Keep in mind this is a dyno dynamics so your numbers will be about 30 to 40 rwhp lower than others who've posted here at 400 to 420. So its right on the money. That tq number is impressive as mine was a good 15 or 18 lower. Please post back on how much boost you're hitting :-) Also, let's go for a drive soon!

So I'm actually closer to 240tq but 380hp is pretty respectable on the 81 blower and stock pulleys. My mods are AEM Infinity ECU, Berk HFC, Super Sprint 63mm exhaust, AEM fuel rail, FPR, SOS TB, SOS clutch and 11lb FW.

Talked with Kraftwerks yesterday. They said they are working on revised instructions that will include measurement s to get the belt tension correct. In the meantime time he told me to get it tight enough so I could just twist the belt 90 degrees
