Thank You KW!
The bottom of the I/C SHOULD angle outward when mounted properly, IIRC.

Ok so I figured I would share my story here. I purchased the Kraftwerks kit through the Moddiction Group Buy recently. When I received my kit in the huge box it came in I opened it up and saw multiple other sealed boxes inside. I opened each box to briefly glance at the pieces each one contained, then placed them back in the overall huge box. While taking out and placing those smaller boxes back in, I noticed that each individual box had two sets of initials on it for quality control purposes. Since I was not installing the kit and to avoid leaving it lay around my house, I dropped it off at the shop doing the install for me.

Fast forward a few weeks to the install date. I dropped the car off Monday 3/30 and they will have the car all week to work on it at their leisure. I get a phone call last night from the shop owner telling me that the main bracket that the supercharger attaches to is nowhere to be found. Now luckily he has the OWNER of Kraftwerks phone number and gave him a call. At first he did not answer so he called the customer service number. Customer service answers and he explains the situation and because I bought it through the group buy they now want to make this a warranty claim. Of course there is no time for a warranty claim as my car is half apart on his lift and he has other projects coming up so it can't just sit there forever while a warranty issue is worked out. While he is on the phone, one of the representatives asked him if he was the one that called earlier today because someone else called missing the same exact part. So obviously there is a MAJOR problem going on here that needs to be rectified if two kits are going out the door missing key pieces like this.

So at approximately 9pm last night I get a text message from the shop owner telling me that he was able to get in touch with the owner of Kraftwerks and he is going to handle everything this morning 4/1 and have the part overnighted, so that I very am thankful for. However, if he didn't know the owner, what was going to happen? My car was just going to sit there for weeks while a warranty claim was filed and sorted out? That is unacceptable to me. This also brings me back to paragraph one of my story. There are two sets of initials on each box inside the kit, not one, but TWO. So that tells me that two people are doing their job incorrectly and not checking for what they are supposed to, signing off on it, and just shipping it out the door. If there's a job worth doing, it's worth doing right.

All in all I'm happy that it got sorted out once the owner was involved. Hopefully the part gets to the shop by Thursday 4/2 so the install can be finished up, but I am very disappointed that these kits are getting shipped out the door with missing parts, or the wrong parts holding people up. I can understand that errors do happen because we are all human, but when you hear and read things on the forum where multiple people are having issues with missing parts or not receiving the right ones, obviously there is a major problem that needs to be addressed on Kraftwerks end.

You sure the bracket was indeed missing? They changed the brackets and did not change the install instructions. This took some time for me to figure out while installing mine.

I received the wrong fuel pump and Moddiction has been trying to contact KW for over a week now w/o response.

Yes sir, positive it is missing. The shop I have my car at has done these installs a few times and build 1,000HP drag Hondas so I'm pretty sure they know that it's missing and not just a mistake of having a newer part and older instructions. Just in case I also printed out the new parts list/instructions for them and put it in the box the kit came in just to be safe. But honestly, since they have done this install a few times, I doubt they are even using instructions.

Some heads definitely need to roll over there. I too had a couple missing parts, and was even sent a Civic AEM EMS in my box originally. Thankfully I ordered well ahead of the group buy, and didn't have much trouble getting through to them.

Good design, terrible documentation & warehouse people.

Just to give an update. My part was shipped out because the owner took care on it when he got in Wednesday morning. They had it overnighted to the shop so he got the part today, so my build is back on track and should be finished as projected. I just feel bad for the others that are waiting for parts because they don't have the luxury of knowing the owners phone number like my guy did. Hopefully their issues get handled quickly and they can finish up their installs.
