Yeah, I'm having a problem with mine and even PM'ed Rashed but he never got back to me on it.

I need a new set since I'm having a problem with them leaking some under boost and I only have about 2000 miles on them.
I Pm'd Rashed and he did reply to me although not right away as he's been out of town.
But he gave me the # to call the mfger.

so because you were seeing smoke come out of the KV you think its broken? You realize that's its job right? To vent stuff out of the crank case? Its not your KV thats broken I would imagine, its something else causing you to get smoke in the crank case, the KV is venting it out like its supposed to do.

The KV is there to prevent stuff from going the OTHER way.

Id start checking things like compression or if there's any oil in your intake piping, could be that your turbo is leaking.

I guess its possible that the rear one has failed. Have you tried taking the front KV off yet and seeing if you can still blow through it in only one direction? Should be pretty mindless to tell if its functioning properly.

Wrong, wrong, wrong. The front KV remains closed at all times when not boosting - idle to 0 psi. This is why a vacuum is created. If you see smoke and/or oil coming out of the front KV, it has failed. The only time it should open is when under boost and blow-by gasses pressurise the crankcase.
