whell.. my english its not good im from argentina... i was one of the first one to use ,test and have ALL the problems with this kit... i try ALL the solutions with CJ@kraftwerks.. AND i have to say... i dont like this design kit... the BIG problem of this kit is the COGGED belt... so big error of this design kit... ALL guys are going to cut belt ALWAYS ... sooner or later (also the brz Family cut a lot of belts , because use the same system instead 8th and 9th gen civic , or B , D series engines use poly v Belts)

habitforming i feel like you're always defending the indefensible... this new release kit HAVE problems , have bad design ... happy to know you have 5k milles without cutting belt... because you have problems with the pulleys... i see your post.

I mean , this is not about defending a product but to help with the problems of the same.

trust me guys... i try ALL ! and I tried everything to make this kit run smoothly and there is always a problem turning.-

now im hitting 480whp 305tq wich is AMAZING power deliver and i have to stop making power @8000rpm because i cant hit rev limiter.. why? because it will cut belt.... its ridiculous.. you buy a kit and want to push to the limits to make power and you cant because it will cut the belt... i never seen this PROBLEM in SOS kit also TTS that use the same blower but an amazing quality and design braket (there is all the problem in kw kit) . but nothing makes sense with this kw kit if every week you have a problem, (cut belt, bolts pulleys) . this kit needs more r&D .

here in argentina doesnt exist s2000 . honda never import this car. only particular people. 5 s2000 in all argentina . only AP2 its mine , therefore i cant sell this kit.. so im planing to buy TTS bracket with pulleys and use the other part of the kw kit to work a s2000 supercharger properrly and releiable.-

sorry if dont understund all my worlds guys my english its not good.. i dont came here to "fight" just give my view of this kit .-

Let us know how it goes and what you buy ..I am interested in goin that route of its more reliable .. Tts.. They used cogged belt also? All kW has to do is give us new pulleys and belt .. Don't seem to complicated ... Are you still having problems ?

TTS doesn't use cogged i believe. I think KW just needs to give us all new belts and pulleys as well. Much easier IMO. All the other problems aren't consistent problems. I'd be happy with just new pulleys and belts.

I'll get my car back from evan's in a few weeks. Im hoping for decent reliability.

Also they need to update their instructions. Their instructions are pretty bad and for certain things totally wrong.

At least there's a decent option to replace the kW stuff .. But yea they should get us new pulleys and belts asap.. But they will never admit that the belt is the problem I bet

I have been keeping contact with CJ, apparantly my pulley bolts were too long. It also tore the bearring behind the hub. I read that my blower came in today. Will be installing it friday when i have time! Thanks again everyone for the info!
