Wow so if you're doing any highway cruising above 80 mph you're doing it in VTEC now?
No. Throttle position also determines if/when VTEC is engaged.

It may be a spark issue- I Have the colder NGKs @ 030 right now, going to try stock plugs on the dyno tomorrow.
Did changing the plugs solve the issue?

Mine would break up above 7800 rpms with the stock plugs and stock gap. I then ran NDKs with OEM gap and it still broke up above 8000 so we gapped them down to .033 and i gained 20whp and pulled hard to the 8600 revlimit

As strange as this is, it appears there was an issue with the reflash at Hondata. We have settled this with Hondata, and all customers effected have been contacted.
Hondata will be reflashing all affected ECUs with the proper reflash ASAP.
KraftWerks and Hondata apologize for any trouble this has caused.

It's only a few ECUs, you would definitely know if you were one of them. Thumbs up to KW for taking care of us.

I sure hope for your sake that no damage was done while running around with the bad reflash and trying to figure out the problem...

Ouote from OJR's response above:"We have settled this with Hondata, and all customers effected have been contacted." See nothing to worry about.
