Huh?
For stop/start traffic, a lightweight flywheel is less ideal because of how quickly it loses energy compared to stock. Remember, the revs will go down faster as well up so when you're starting and shifting the rpms would be lower, making modulation more difficult, thus reduced drivability. It's great for a race since you can rev match more easily, but for street it might be unpleasant for some.

A driving enthusiast can well adjust to a lighter flywheel. Your Mom may have trouble.

I purchased S.O.S. 11.5lb flywheel, revs DO drop off instantly. $250 you could have a new 14.0 lb Honda wheel
I went from AP2 21.0 lb? to 11.5, it was a big difference. Wish I would have reved a couple Ap1 and my car to compare
I might have gone with the AP1. I feels as it drops fast off the line, but it does rev silly fast.Down shifting you have to
keep on the gas ever so slightly and fast shift. The original 21.0 lb was simple to drive and easily between gears. not I have to watch it, and with 382 whp it can get you to pucker in a millisecond.

I think I am puting out about 330whp right now, but that is a guess after some tinkering. I am kind of leaning to something maybe not so extreme as an 8 pounder. I have an AP1 now sow am already at 14. F1 has a chromoly that is about 11 pounds for $200. That will probably be where I go if I decide to slap one in.
