Default Line lock install with FI

I know this is about line lock but I figured I'd get more response here as most likely someone with a hi powered turbo would maybe have done this.

I've contemplating the idea of installing line lock for when I go to the track.

I know I can do the brake this and that, been there done that, but just would be nice to have it.

Any issues with ABS? I believe the brake system on our car is diagonal so would th is pose an installation issue?

I have installed it in the past but on non-ABS vehicles.

I am very curious to know as well! A buddy of mine at work is a big time drag racer and he keeps telling me to get a line lock for my S2000.

it would be very easy to do and would not effect abs performance at all. install the solenoid on the single brake line off of the master cylinder that controls front pressure. the most it would do would be to trigger an abs light from seeing the rear wheels spinning and the front not. as soon as you start rolling again it will turn the light off on its own.

i've got a dual line lock setup on my car. the only problem i ran into is the fact that on our abs boxes the lines crisscross. otherwise i would have only used one linelock off the master cylinder. the linelocks haven't thrown an abs light the way i have them hooked up. i'll take some pics for yall and post them up this week. any questions ? just ask away. -nate

Actually, this was what I was thinking, since our brakes are setup in a diagonal fashion then one solenoid installed in between the brake master and the Abs box would not work.

So you installed one solenoid for each fron tire after the ABS box then?

a pic with just one linelock hooked up

i don't have the lines run on the other on but it is mounted opposite the other one

i had my switches on the dash by my wideband

but changed it to this instead. much more comfortable to use.

and here's all the fittings to finish the other side.

and my custom valve cover for shits and giggles

the fittings to the factory connections are reverse flared 1/8 on one side and 3an on the other. the fittings into the linelock are 1/8 to 3an. and then u just use the 3an high pressure hose adapters to connect the brake line.
